COVID-19 Policy

Your health and safety are our priority. That’s why we ask all attendees, speakers, and invited guests to sign our COVID-19 Safety and Liability Waiver upon check-in. Click HERE to view our COVID-19 Liability and Waiver Form.

Masking: While masking is not mandatory at our national convention this year, we strongly encourage all attendees to wear masks in indoor spaces, particularly in crowded or enclosed areas, as an additional measure to protect themselves and others from potential exposure to COVID-19.

COVID-19 Testing: We will no longer be conducting on-site COVID-19 testing during registration this year. However, we still urge all attendees to take proactive measures by arranging for a COVID-19 test prior to their arrival at the convention. This will help ensure a safer environment for everyone in attendance.
