Whether you are a beginner or looking to refresh your knowledge, this class offers a welcoming environment for all participants. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable skills and confidence in just 90 minutes! This class is FREE to attend but registration is required. There are limited spots for this class. Please wear loose fitting clothing and comfortable flat footwear.

About the Teacher
Master Li Peiyun trains students in contemporary and traditional Chinese Martial Arts, covering Wushu, Taijiquan, and Hsing I styles from basic to advanced levels. He is the originator of the Jin Ba Chi training system which emphasizes flexibility, strength, and internal energy (Chi) training (see lipeiyun.com). His students range from ages 5 to over 70. Born in China, Master Li began his martial arts training at age 7 and has over 50 years of martial arts and physical therapy experience, having trained with the Henan Province Wushu Team and at the Shanghai Physical Education University. A top wushu competitor in China, he has won numerous gold and silver medals in various events. Master Li also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Martial Arts and Sports Medicine from Shanghai Physical Education University and has taught at Fudan University, where he coached and judged top-tier national competitions and taught self-defense techniques.
